Description: Students improve their skills on stringed instruments, including violin, viola, cello, and upright bass while learning to play in a variety of different styles within a large ensemble. Music theory, ear training, and music history are also included within the curriculum. Individual and group practice is expected and all performances are mandatory as part of the course.
