Should you need to request a grade change, please use the official grade change request form, and please be sure to completely fill out the pertinent information on the form. You must be logged in with your district Google account in order to successfully submit your grade change request. If this grade request involves an “-10” attendance penalty grade, the student should schedule an appointment with Mr. Carangelo, as this will require an unexcused absence discussion.
