Description: Students improve both their cardiovascular and muscular strength through a series of strength training exercises in the weight room. This program takes place before and after school. Students must have at least 50 hours of participation to earn course credit. Interested students may also participate in this program as a non-credit course. The course is offered before and after school each Quarter.
